Each purchase of a series of padlocks are uniquely numbered and come with a list which denotes the code for each unique padlock. The Master Control Key will open any of your unique series of padlocks in an emergency without need of the code. This combination padlock is ideal for school lockers, police lockers, prison lockers where secure control and emergency access is required.
